With more than fifteen (15) years of comprehensive experience in the real estate industry—and the past ten (10) years focused exclusively on commercial real estate—Karl brings a seasoned, multi-disciplinary background to the clients and communities he serves. His practice spans the full spectrum of commercial brokerage, with specialization in sales and leasing across retail, office, medical, flex/industrial, and land assets, including outlot parcels and agricultural holdings. Karl represents landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, providing advisory services that are grounded in market intelligence, financial understanding, and long-term value strategy.
In addition to his brokerage work, Karl actively manages a portfolio of commercial real estate owned by himself and his investment partners. This operational experience gives him a true ownership perspective—informing his approach to underwriting, acquisition, site positioning, leasing strategy, asset enhancement, and disposition planning.

Personal Bigraphy
Karl is a devoted husband to his wife, Kaitlin, and a proud father to their two children, Eleanor (“Ellie”) and Ryan. Family is the center of his life, and he is dedicated to raising his children with strong values while striving every day to be the best partner and father he can be. He believes deeply in creating a loving, supportive, and joyful home.
A lifelong resident of Burlington, Wisconsin, Karl attended St. Mary’s Grade School and graduated from Catholic Central High School in 2005. Burlington is not only his hometown—it is the community that shaped him and the place he continues to invest in personally and professionally.
Outside of work and family time, Karl enjoys golf, watching football, and following a variety of other sports. He values the camaraderie that comes with being surrounded by friends and family, whether on the golf course, gathered to watch a game, or simply spending time together.
